  We reached out to Mike and he was extremely responsive and the most impressive to me was his honesty and knowledge/experience. We described the look and purpose of the pool we were hoping to build (most contractors want you to go big), and Mike provided numerous concepts including the final version we went with. Even during COVID, he and his crew started and finished the project on time as proposed and agreed upon. Lastly once the project was finished, Mike has been awesome on training and supporting us on how to take care of the pool. The overall experience was as well as we could have expected, based on horror stories we have heard from friends' experiences

  In February 2020, Mad River Pool Construction completed a total remodel of our forty-three-year-old pool. The project included: complete re-plumbing, new surface with added spa, sun shelf, benches, steps, swim-out, LED lighting, cleaner, control automation, and 1,500 square foot Travertine decking. My wife and I have been in the construction trade for over forty years, and we are familiar with qualifying contractors. Not only by referring to online reviews, but also reaching out to many of the material and equipment suppliers for our project. As well as inquiring with representatives about said contractors’ qualifications and proper installation of their products. That being said, we had multiple sources to consult when it came to the remodel of our pool. When asked, almost every one of them named Mad River Pool Construction as one of their top-rated installers and preferred vendors (they pay their bills on time). After interviewing and obtaining estimates from numerous companies, it became abundantly clear to us that Mad River Pool Construction met all of our requirements and was the right contractor for the project. Mike and the crew of Mad River employees, promptly started our project on the date agreed upon and continued in a workman-like manner until it was completed. Mike and Jeff’s knowledge and supervision of our entire remodel was the leading contributors in our project being completed smoothly, in a timely manner, and on budget. We would highly recommend Mad River Pools for any project you have in mind. Mike, Jeff, and all the Mad River crew are true craftsman! Mike’s representatives were all extremely professional and a pleasure to work with throughout our project. After all was said and done, the only thing my wife and I could say was, “WOW!! THIS IS EVERYTHING WE WANTED AND MORE!!” Thank you, Mike, Jeff, and everyone involved!

  I highly recommend Premier Pools of Central Florida. They designed and built our pool earlier this year and everything went according to the plan. Note that we picked Premier after reaching out to 7 other pool builders. Premier was very attentive to our desires from the start. Andres helped us refine the design and, even though it was a small project for them, he was willing to meet with us on several occasions to make refinements to our original plan. Permitting took less than two weeks and construction was very efficient. It took Premier less than 3 months to build our pool (our pool is 27 feet x 10 feet – about 8,860 gallons). Their tile guy is fantastic. He is very detailed oriented and always left cleaned up the job site at the end of his day. He spent two full days grinding our pillars to make sure they would be at the exact dimensions. They also did a great job with the travertine and the pavers. Premier’s designs are refined and they pick their subcontractors based on the quality of their work. Rodney was our construction supervisor. He was great and super responsive. He always returned my phone calls and/or text messages within minutes. Also, he was always willing to give us details on the construction process and did not hesitate to spend time with us to discuss the construction details. Rodney and I are still in touch even though it has been more than 3 months since they completed the pool. Matt, the development manager responsible for our pool, was also very responsive and generally kept us posted on the project schedule. Overall, we had a great experience with Premier Pool and will definitely go back to them if we were to build a new pool in the future. I wish we could have had more details on the project schedule sometime but I realize it is nearly impossible for them considering how many craftsmen and subcontractors are involved in the process. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them for your pool needs

  Everything went as expected. Not only did they help us design a beautiful remodel, they executed to perfection and stayed on schedule. Of course this was a good time to get it done while new pool construction is lessened. Garrett Trefcer is an amazing, laid back individual who only cares about solving your design problems. Just a straight shooter all the way. While I realize that certain parts of any big project like this will have its problems and some work will be subbed out, the effect of this was so minimalized with Premier. One thing I'd like to point out, the very first crew, Mark and Keith, deserve special shout out. They paid attention to the detail and even called out to us if they had concerns with a direction in the project. They took the time to communicate with us to solve problems together. We ended up with a finished remodel EXACTLY as we had envisioned and then some. I highly recommend Premier. Hopefully going into service phase of project the quality will continue

  Getting a pool built is definitely a life altering experience and I'm not sure I would want to do it again, having said that, Premier Pools made this process run very smoothly. When I say it's a life altering experience I mean that you should be prepared for your yard to look like a bomb hit it and I was warned by the folks at Premier Pools about this, so they did prepare me before the construction started. My experience with Premier was excellent from start to finish, no construction job is ever perfect, but this one was pretty close. When I initially contacted Premier Pools, they setup an appointment to have a sales person visit my home for a free estimate. The salesman Todd, arrived on time and was very friendly and listened to what my wife and I wanted. He spent about 2 hours at our home taking measurements surveying the land and finally putting together a 3D computer generated rendering of what the pool could look like on his laptop. Kudos to Todd because the design and the final product were pretty much identical! The entire process took about 3 months, it took a bit longer than anticipated because of weather and inspection delays, which I expected and this was no big deal. I would also like to give praise to the construction staff at Premier as well. - Denise: She was the project coordinator and did an excellent job of answering my numerous emails, keeping everything on track and on schedule. In addition, she also has a great sense of humor! - Plumbing Team (Alan & Ken): Excellent work all around. Very friendly as well. They scared me a bit when I saw how close some of their digging equipment was to my house but they left everything exactly as it was before they started - Tile Team (Mark & Keith): Excellent Work as well. They were at the job everyday by 7:30am, also very friendly. - Supervisor (Rodney): Excellent job. He answered all my questions, was very friendly and resolved a construction issue within an hour of me reporting it. - Electrician (Michael): I didn't get a chance to meet him, but he setup the electrical equipment very nicely and all the wiring was nicely tucked away and buried The big question is, would I recommend Premier Pools to anyone looking for a pool, YES! Premier Pools is a great company who was thee for me every step of the way from start to finish and they even assisted me with getting to a good finance company

  Everything went very well. Even though the rainy season started the minute we signed the contract, the work proceeded quickly and smoothly. There were a couple of glitches along the way, but this is to be expected in any large job. Denise Harper, the project coordinator, was very responsive to every question we asked and every issue that came up. The workmen were prompt hard-working and professional, and the workmanship was top-quality
