I've used the Pinch A Penney on Sand Lake Road for almost 12 years. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This was the first time I had needed some field service on my pool. The technician, showed up right on time and quickly took care of replacing the motor. After starting up the new motor, he stayed to make sure everything was working properly. We found a few small leaks in some of the other plumbing around the filter and he was able to fix those too. It was a very good job.

They were timely. They did a great job. They were very flexible and they came last minute. Their friendliness and professionalism was excellent. I would use them again in the future if need be.
