"They cut the main electrical wire to my sprinkler system while doing fence work. They did not inform me as such prior to me paying them in full. They then acknowledged that they knew they cut the electrical wire after I contacted them when my sprinklers would not work. To me this is unethical to accept payment knowing you did not fix something you broke and not inform the homeowner prior to accepting payment in full. They said "we left the cut wire standing up so you could see it? We had no idea there were wires there?" Except that there were pipes and wires sticking out of the ground at the exact point they were working, see photos. Therefore, no I would not recommend their services."
