Called for sprinkler service and Mr Otiz came the same day. He was very knowledgeable, professional and fixed our leaks. We will definitely use him again if we ever needed to.

very experienced ,very professional , price right, my irrigation system was messed up for 2 weeks by other company , I ended up fired them and found ORTIZ Sprinkler from Home Advisor web page . Hired them and within 3 hours they found the leaks ,fixed all my sprinklers . I m happy with my irrigations now , Thanks to Equador and his team. I was told there was a wireless control box. What he didn’t tell me is that I had to add a module to make it wireless. When I inquired after the job, he said it was another 100$ to add the part. I called back to have it installed And he never came back. It might be an issue if it stops working

The changes were made as we discussed. There is a possible issue that I am working on.

Had Eduardo out to rewire my sprinkler system as the wires kept getting cut.. He was able to re-run the line in an area they would be less likely to be cut again. Also adjusted most of the Sprinkler heads against our home for better coverage and checked all the heads. Was a little costly but hey I couldn’t do so. Eduardo even came back out to correct an issue with the height of the sprinkler they adjusted as they were too tall.. Would and will definitelyHire Them again when I’m ready to add more zones in the backyard for our Veggies.. Thank for being prompt and diligent!!
