He cleaned grout in the shower and cleaned surrounding drywall near shower door. All together he charged $135. I recommend him and will call him again in the future."

Corrected the issue with the previous install where the hinges of the ladder were not flush with each other when fully extended that likely lead to the stairs failing/breaking.
