"Miguel was great. He communicated and arrived a few minutes early. He repaired an area of drywall/stud that was bending outward. He aligned an exterior balcony door that wouldn't close and lock properly. He fixed a closet door that was falling out of the railings. He caulked around the kitchen. He cleaned grout in the shower and cleaned surrounding drywall near shower door. All together he charged $135. I recommend him and will call him again in the future."

His skills and service are truly impeccable, went above and beyond to help me put my house back together and the job is so well done you can't tell the walls and ceiling were patched. "Kevin at KSM expertly installed tile in our upstair shower -- quite a strenuous feat and it turned out beautiful. He patiently spent extra effort sloping the intricate floor tiles towards the drain for a perfect finish. He was considerate of the surrounding home areas and tidied up daily inside and out. It was a pleasure to see Kevin each day and we plan to contact him for more home repairs."

"Ildefonso Martinez replied promptly with a very reasonable quote and was able to confirm availability in short order. Showed on time and did a wonderful job replacing our folding attic stairs. Corrected the issue with the previous install where the hinges of the ladder were not flush with each other when fully extended that likely lead to the stairs failing/breaking. He even graciously disposed of the broken stairs and frame. Would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him for any projects you may have."
