I paid over $33,000 for their recommended solution, which they claimed would stabilize the foundation, particularly at the rear of my home. Despite assurances, the foundation has continued to settle less than two years after the repair was completed. Structural cracks have reappeared in the same areas, and the issue has clearly not been resolved. I?ve reached out to Alpha multiple times to address the problem, only to be told that additional repairs will require more payment?even though they failed to get the job done properly the first time. "We had water entering our home in our main bedroom and closet when it rained. Lux came in and had to dig another French drain and seal the outside of our home and create another place for the water to drain away from our home. They did a great job, but our situation was so bad, they had to come back out and add more to seal the home and also removed dirt and replaced it with sand to help drain the water from around the home. All the work they did when they came back was included in the warranty they gave us with the original quote. They also came back quickly after our call and have done an excellent job. "

"This job was done in February 2017. I just discovered I never finished writing the review. So here it is 3 years later. First, doing this review now lets me tell you that our new metal roof made it through Hurricane Michael with flying colors. We had other storm damage ($25,000 worth) but the roof did fine. The job was done on schedule though interrupted by two afternoon heavy rain events. First class installation by a team that showed up on-time each morning, worked hard and got along well together. They were proud of their work and and cleaned up the site when done even using a magnetic sweeper to lift any roofing nails that might have fallen. The roof we chose was white which made our house really stand out over the gray siding and white trim. Moreover, our HVAC bills were lowered (I track it). Last, I want to tell you that Guyson are more than just roofers after your money. They are fine local people. Recently, my 94 year-old neighbor climbed on his roof to do some repairs. He fell off the roof onto a concrete pad and spent 5 days in intensive care. 20-some staples in his head, boot on his left leg and badly bruised ribs but super lucky to be alive. Needless to say, he's not going to get on the roof anytime soon. I get "the cat claws" when I'm on a pitched roof. So I called Guyson and when they heard the story they came out and looked at the job. Although they are swamped and this is a small job they're gonna do finish the repair anyway. God love 'em. BTW, my neighbor's fall is how I found out I never finished this review I started in 2017."

We had the shutters installed in every window, and were so happy with the product and service we had them return and install them on out large sliding doors. The installers were polite, efficient and very good at their job. I would highly recommend their services"
