"Zach, Dustin & Robert are consummate professionals! Zach did the initial evaluation of our crawl space, foundation, and framing and developed a solution to remedy the deficiencies. Outstanding job! Dustin and Robert implemented the solutions and in the process they identified an additional hidden issue in our floor joist. The plumber had cut away about half of a girder under a load bearing wall during construction. Needless to say Dustin and Robert developed a solution, implemented it, and literally saved our house from a catastrophic failure. These three men are an exceptional team. Their customer service skills are absolutely beyond reproach! According, they have my highest recommendation for any foundation, waterproofing or house leveling issues anyone may have!!! "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We needed an interior wall and fireplace removed to make a formal dining room. Stan Lee assessed the project and scope of work needed. Lee Construction did a FANTASTIC job. The workman showed up on time, Did the scheduled work and were extremely careful to put up plastic and cover the existing tile. They also re-installed with expertise matching tile where the wall removal and fireplace used to be. The job was finished on schedule. They also framed in a door to go to what used to be a dining nook and made it into a dedicated office. This project was also done on time and looked Fantastic. I would highly recommend Lee Construction for all home remodeling projects."

"They contacted me, and said they wouldn't be able to do the job, as they only work on houses and buildings. I give them credit for their professional way of letting me know."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Our 71 year old cottage-size house had a crumbled foundation and needed a lift. The salesperson came out to see our job on 9/15/20. His quote arrived promptly within 5 hours of his visit. We signed the contract and paid 20% down 9/22/20. This job was in the double digits. Big money for us. We were told who the project manager was and that he would call us within 1-3 business days. We were told that our project would begin on 10/14/20. My husband and the project manager had spoken about the job over the phone a couple of times and we prepared the area as we were told to do. Late again, the project manager called my husband and finally admitted that he was about two weeks behind and the best he could do was start the job on Saturday, 10/24/20. I appreciated his honesty but must admit, we were a little frustrated at this point. Quality Control is only as good as we, as consumers, demand. Luckily for us, we reached out to the owner of the company. Clearly there was a communication issue with management and the crew. The owner (Rick) was receptive to our concerns and he explained ways that he has made some significant changes so there is more communication with the managers and the crew. The job was done to our satisfaction and our house is level. The crew did amazing work. This is a perfect example of taking it to the top when you are not satisfied. Rick was very interested in our frustration and cared about how we were treated and we feel his managers and crew will be better for the lessons learned from this job."
