One night, while settling down to sleep I heard a rustling sound in my KITCHEN!! It was coming from the stove/ range hood that vents up through my attic. Not good. I thought it was a squirrel trapped inside my hood/ vent! I called Shawn Griffith, of HOMESEAL LLC. I am soooooo freaking grateful that I did!! This guy is a true PRO and a really great man to boot! He got right up inside that baking hot, small, dark attic and got rid of the late night noisemakers….they were RATS!! Shawn got all the rats taken to the train station (killed) , proceeded to clean up the mess made in my attic, sterilized and then spent a full day and a half SEALING UP all possible entry points. This guy is a gem! Hard ass worker and doesn’t quit till it’s done CORRECTLY and EXPERTLY!! This is very rare characteristic these days. I am thoroughly grateful for Shawn and his HOMESEAL LLC company. Hire him! You will not be disappointed.

We have lived in our (1990â s) house for 3+ years and have had a problem with small insects in the kitchen. In that time, $$$ was spent on tons of bug spray, plug in traps with sticky pads and fancy LEDâ s -nothing worked. Frustrated and tired of worthless home remedies, I called the Pros at Home Seal to do what they do best. Should have called them 3 years ago. In a few hours our problem was solved/Sealed! Shawn and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I received texts with photos explaining exactly what needed to be done and was updated in real time as the job was being completed. The whole experience was pleasant and best of all - No More Bugs!! GREAT JOB!! Thank you Home Seal!
