I?m a Leasing Specialist at a luxury apartment community, and I first met Polly when she came to clean an apartment for one of our residents. She was so polite and professional that I asked for her business card right away, since residents are always asking me for cleaning service recommendations. Since then, I?ve referred her to several people, and everyone has had great things to say. I eventually used her for my own apartment, and now I understand why the feedback is so positive. When I came home, my floors were shining, the windows were spotless, and even my appliances looked refreshed. The whole place smelled amazing and felt genuinely cared for. Polly is reliable, respectful, and takes real pride in her work. She truly is a rare find.! I?ll definitely keep using her services and will continue recommending her to residents. Polly cleans my vacation condo about once a month, when we visit. She is reliable and always does a thorough job, above and beyond my expectations. I would give 6 stars if that were possible.
