The work was completed in about 2 hours and it looks beautiful. He took the time to see exactly what I wanted and did it. His price was very reasonable for all the labor he had to perform including taking away all the waste. His crew was friendly and respectful. We walked the grounds after his work and it was everything I expected and more. I am thinking of hiring him for my lawn care in the near future. "The roof cleaning went well, good job! However I am a bit disappointed in the pool cage cleaning. The actual cleaning of the framework was good but a corner of the screen was pushed away from the framework exposing the area. After calling Mr. McIntosh, he was apologetic and said he would come out posthaste and personally take care of it. After two additional phone calls and two text messages I have yet to hear back from him. It's been nearly four weeks since the service was performed. I've given up on reaching him or seeing him to correct his crews error."
