"The roof cleaning went well, good job! However I am a bit disappointed in the pool cage cleaning. The actual cleaning of the framework was good but a corner of the screen was pushed away from the framework exposing the area. After calling Mr. McIntosh, he was apologetic and said he would come out posthaste and personally take care of it. After two additional phone calls and two text messages I have yet to hear back from him. It's been nearly four weeks since the service was performed. I've given up on reaching him or seeing him to correct his crews error."

"When I called I was anxious to have the inspection done but they were booked for a couple days but offered me the name and number of their partner who they purchased the business from who is now semi retired.  I was able to reach him and he said he would be happy to come out in my time frames.

He called the evening before to verify and showed up at the time he said he would. He was neatly dressed, professional and thorough.  He took the time to explain all he would be doing.  He was also very careful as to insure no mess got into the house, which it did not and the fireplace was cleaning after he left than when he began.

When he came in off the roof he gave me a full report of what he did and what I might want to have checked on in another year to two.

I was VERY pleased with his service.  It is ALWAYS a welcome surprise to use a company that does exactly as they say they are going to do.  I would HIGHLY  recommend

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Sandblasting refers to the process of cleaning a surface using compressed air and aggregate. Soda blasting is the gentlest type of this method, but it differs from sandblasting that uses mineral or other aggregate, since sodium bicarbonate breaks apart more easily than other forms of blast media and, therefore, cannot be reused.

Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The total cost for either will depend on the size of the system.

The cost of sandblasting depends on the scope of the project, the surface type, labor, and equipment required. Services typically cost between $50 and $80 per hour, though most professionals charge by surface area at a rate of $1.50 to $7 per square foot. Total project costs can range from $700 to $12,500, with an average homeowner spending around $3,200 to sandblast a 1,000-square-foot surface.

Costs depend on surface material, labor, debris disposal, and the type of blasting media used.

Most projects take 1-3 days, depending on the surface area and complexity.
