"Overall, I was very pleased despite a few bumps in the road. Let me begin by saying that I have been researching hurricane protection of several years. The biggest hurdle was the cost because i have a rather large house with many openings. But when hurricane Irma came so close in 2017, I decided to bite the bullet and signed the contract to begin work in Janurary 2018. However, going into this I had a feeling the project would get delayed because I wasn't the only one that probably freaked out. Another unknown that hit the industry was the tariffs that it the steel and aluminum industry causing prices to go up. All I asked was that my hurricane protection be completed prior to the next hurricane season. Rollshield did their best to get the job completed and for the most part it was completed by June 1st of 2018 with a few small things still having to be completed. Despite this, Glenn, the owner, bent over backward to make sure i was happy. Each setback or hurdle was dealt with and they tolerated me calling to get status updates. There were a few times i was fuming but we worked thru the issues because I knew they were backlogged. So why am I so happy? Because the hurricane protection I purchased, way exceeded my expectations. The rolldowns are amazing. I use them every day and give me a peace of mind that is priceless. The "crimsafe" product which is a window screen is my favorite product. Because I live on a golf course, i needed passive proteciton 24/7. Hurricane windows are still subject to breaking on the sacrificial side. rolldowns have to be put down for the procteciton. The Crimsafe is a metal screen that is aethetically pleasing and makes the house look like it has new windows. I have security and protection without having to do massive construction to remove and replace a window. While I did have a few picture windows replaced with hurricane glass, I still favor the Crimsafe product. Overall, all three products have given me a peace of mind that i did not have previously. And the installation, albeit a little slow, was a big project and was done right. Rollshield is a solid company but like any other seasonal company, hurricanes can create too much business and that can have drawbacks. If you are serious about hurricane protection, I would recommend doing it now before any threat arises and when the company can focus on the project. Seriously consider the Crimsafe product for the standard window opening. If you wait too long, prices go up and delays will occur. Either way, I gladly and without hesitation recommend Rollshield."

"Very good firm knowledgeable and honest and reasonable. I needed an exterior door and storm door installed rather quickly. I received various information from other contractors and was on sensory overload specially since this is a manufactured home and details can come up quite easily. Jim came out as scheduled and measured everything and provided me with information on what we we needed. He promised me a quote within two hours and was provided as indicated. He set a date for the install around my timelines and was here for installation as scheduled. The installation went well without any problems with great attention to detail. Jim his son Michael and an additional helper were very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with this contractor licensed and warranties provided. I will use them again for future projects."

"The work that was done on the house was completed in a timely manner with above average quality work. Now that the work is completed I have water pipes that are up to code, an electrical box installed that's up to code along with new gfci breakers, and a backup generator system that will run the whole house if the power goes out. I have complete trust that any job I hire Blue Bay Construction Group for will be completed at a fair price and above quality workmanship. Raul is always available to answer any questions that I had throughout the project. After project completion the whole site was picked up and all the refuse hauled away. You never would have known there were Construction crews on the premises when they were done."

"I waited until we had a few storms before writing this review. During the estimation process we discussed options which resulted in less work for the company and less expense for me. The work the company performed has exceeded all my expectations. There were a few curve balls thrown into the work due to the age and structural strength of the enclosure which the company handled well and with a certain amount of anticipation; they liked the challenge. In addition to the rescreening the company strengthed the enclosure structure with brackets and additional cables, and built a cat door on the lanai. Both of these additions to the original quote were reasonably priced. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional in their work and their personal behavior (language and music choices). The owner of the company headed the project."

"Monte and Paul at YETI Construction were the absolute best contractors I have ever worked with!  Both our master and guest baths were severely outdated and in disrepair, and we knew we could put off the remodel no longer.  I contacted YETI due to their outstanding reviews on Angie's List and we were not disappointed!  Every interaction with the YETI team was polite and professional.  YETI got us an estimate on the bathrooms with 24 hrs of coming to visit and were more than happy to adjust the proposal as my wife and I changed our minds about what we wanted in our new bathrooms.  Their estimate was a superb value and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly.
Once the team began work, their professionalism and cleanliness was unbelievable!  They were able to easily translate the design vision we had into action and offer suggestions to improve the look of the bathrooms.  Their work was meticulous and impressive and they were a pleasure to have in our home!
Right before work was scheduled to begin, I received word that I would have to relocate out of state on very short notice.  The fact that we needed a seamless remodel experience in order for us to put the house on the market in time was very stressful.  YETI absolutely delivered!  Both remodels were completed on time and UNDER the estimate, as they gave credits for items I purchased myself but refused to add any additional charges for the small items that come up during a complete remodel!  When we put our house on the market we had 3 offers at or above asking price within 24 hrs of listing, a testament to the amazing job YETI did in creating our new luxury bathrooms!
