1.6k+ We needed our ceiling and bedrooms walls dried after the upstairs neighbors kitchen sink drain flooded our apartment. They came out the same day and started working on the repairs. Great team and very professional group of people. Happy I called them.
Not good. Immediately diagnosed problem. Drain hose was not fully inserted into drain. Pushed hose into drain and problem solved. Wanted rubber tape to wrap. hose. Didn't have so he went to store to purchase. Stretched 15 minute call into 90 minutes and a $185.00 bill.

"Do not use Sansone for ANYTHING. I bought a house 2 years ago and put $2m is renovation and upgrades. I contracted with Sansone to purchase and install 3 HVAC units in the home. All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!!
