"Due to roof damages Hurricane Ian left at my house, l had roof leaks into my kitchen and bathrooms. I needed wet insulation removed as quickly as possible. Keiths Southern Insulation was the only response I received from a contractor for insulation removal and replacement of insulation. I am very glad that Keiths Southern Insulation contractor was the only one who responded to my calls. I was able to get the best! Since the removal of the water damaged insulation that occurred during Hurricane Ian, after the attic area dried, new insulation was blown into the dried area where the batting insulation was removed. Blown insulation is the replacement insulation this contractor uses. Last week, Oct 31, Nov 1 and 2, 2022, my area had three nights of heavy thunderstorms. A new area in my roof leaked and caused water damage to another bathroom ceiling.. I called Keiths Southern Insulation to ask if they could take out the newly damaged and very wet insulation. I was worried that so much water on that ceiling would collapse the ceiling and of course, start fermenting mildew and mold. As busy as this contractor was, and is at this time, the contractor was at my house that afternoon! He and a member of his crew spent almost two hours removing soaking wet insulation from my attic. They will return again when the attic has dried in a few weeks to install blown in insulation. I cannot say enough about the crew and owner of this business because it would seem as though l were exaggerating. I can say this in all truth, l thank God for sending me the best . Joan"
