When we purchased our home late last year I thought I might need to add some additional insulation to our attic. I found Browns Insulation on the ANgie's List website. I asked the city to come out and do a complete energy aduit in case there were other things that had to be done. The energy auditor agreed that I should add some insulation to the attic. Browns Insulation was on the city's recommended list of vendors. Scheduling was easy, the workers were right on time, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. Everyone from the office staff to the workers were friendly and helpful. I would use them again without heistation.

Very nice people. Gave me an estimate one day and back out the next day to put in the insulation . I would highly recommend them.??????

Mr. Brown came out day after I called and gave me a very reasonable estimate to add insulation to the attic. His crew came out the next day at the exact time they said they would be there. They did a great job and the results were immediatedly noticed in the one room that had varying temperatures. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Extremely pleasant to work with!

Mr. Brown was very professional, courteous and responded to my request for a quote very quickly. Price was very fair and he scheduled the installation the next day. I would definitely recommend Brown's insulation company.

I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. The estimate was half the cost of two other companies. Mr. Brown was very pleasant and professional. He did not try to sell me on extra insulation, in fact he said I was at R30. I am on Talquin and we are not offered any rebate like the City offers, however I chose to take my R value up to R38 that City Utilities recommends. I called back to give them the job and was thanked for the opportunity. They were, again, able to come out the next day. Two gentlemen showed up on time. They made sure that they did not get my white carpet dirty. They were pleasant and professional. I have already recommended Brown's to a friend. (Now let's hope our summer utility bills reflect the effort.) Thank you!

It was a very good experience. I was able to get an appointment immediately, which I thought was excellent considering it was so close to the holidays.  The staff was courteous and professional. In fact they actually showed up a bit earlier (they did call and ask if it would be okay to come early) which worked out perfectly for me since I needed to get back to work. The actual insulation was quick and they cleaned up before leaving.   I must admit . . . my home is nice and toasty now :)

Very prompt response, came out the next day. Workmen were very professional and left everything immaculate.

I called on a Saturday, the appointment was set for Monday at 8 a.m. -Mr. Brown was knowledgeable about types of insulation, best uses, and codes - Mr. Brown rang the doorbell at 8 a.m. exactly. - He spread drop cloths over every surface before beginning work. - The (blown in glass) insulation used in the ceiling space was high quality and better than I had expected. - He put an extra batt over the opening for ease of access and to help prevent spillage - The difference in the room temperature was instant and amazing - He cleaned up every scrap of loose insulation and swept after himself. - Mr. Brown was very polite to my husband and explained things as he was doing them. Roy is terminally ill and hard of hearing; Mr. Brown took the time to listen, to explain, and made my husband feel he had a part in the task that he was no longer able to complete himself. - I will use this company again if I need any insulation work and encourage others to use them. - The price quoted was accurate (and exceptionally fair) and no attempt was made to "upsell" . - This is a small family company, the values and ethics run deep. -
