He gave us an estimate, ordered the required "composite" wood material and performed work as scheduled. Had one outside access panel to the bathroom whirlpool tub that I always felt was poorly done, so I asked Mr Lucas to suggest an alternative. We agreed on rebuilding it, adding hinges and to also another one required to be able to have necessary work done on the whirlpool tub. Was very pleased with the results, plus he added rigid foam insulation in a way that could easily be removed when access is necessary, but provides insulation. Very pleased."

He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then.
