"Edward Ryan worked with us every step of the way... he helped us get the designs and permits and did a large amount of the work himself. He has a great work ethic and kept everything moving forward. The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. "Did a good enough job on the repair but the guy who did the repair was constantly on his phone and left a mess when he was done. Plus I had to correct him in the way he was going about the repair because he cut a square notch to go around a 6" round duct, which wasted half the drywall."
