"Grandview did an excellent job of remodeling our kitchen. We had visited two other kitchen remodelers before stopping by Grandview. At the first remodeler, the staff never helped us even though we looked around the showroom for 15 minutes. At the second, the staff was very helpful and generated a quick ballpark estimate of what our remodel would cost, but it turned out to be too pricey relative to the value of our home. When we walked into the Grandview showroom, we were immediately greeted by Joel, who talked to us about our needs and wants for the project. He started creating a plan which met our desires and was within our budget. He and his sister Susana (it is a family business) then visited our home to take measurements and look at what exactly we currently had and came up with additional suggestions for the project. Grandview then sent their electrician/plumber James (yes, he’s licensed in both trades) to review placement of lighting, electrical devices, outlets and switches and answer any questions we had. He was very helpful and based on his experience made suggestions on some lighting options we were unsure about. After a few more visits to the showroom to iron out details and select colors and components we signed the contract. The entire project was handled professionally from initial concepts and estimates to final plans and renderings through removal of old cabinets, counters, etc. and installation of new cabinets, counters, backsplashes, lighting, plumbing and reinstallation of our recently purchased appliances. Joel and Susana were always available to us during the entire project to answer questions, and they immediately took care of the few issues that arose. They were always professional and pleasure to talk with. The few glitches in the process (two cabinets that arrived damaged, incorrect drawer fronts supplied by the manufacturer and a shelf unit that fell off the delivery truck lift gate) were taken care of as quickly as the supply chain allowed (this is a time of major supply chain disruptions) and of course without cost to us. None of these issues were Grandview’s fault. Their installers, Randy and Steve, were absolutely superb and quickly took care of the few minor installation issues that popped up to our complete satisfaction. I later found out that Grandview had also remodeled my cousin’s kitchen, and she was also as impressed by their professionalism and quality of work as my wife and I were."

Troy Engle the owner so very unreliable. he put in an expensive pool moto0 and in 14 months there are issues. for over 3 weeks he has not addressed the issue. which makes no sense because it is under warranty. I had to go directly to the manufacture and they said they will get a rep to review. PLEASE DO NOT GET FOOLED BY TROY ENGLE. HE SEEMS TO BE VERY NICE AT 1ST."

"Had a screen room installed by Mark a year and a half ago. I had a bent track on the one window, which makes it unusable. He knew the track was bent on install so he would take care of it and a year and a half later here we are, Mark does not return phone calls or text so now I have a screen room that I have a window that I can’t use and Mark doesn’t seem to care so I guess the warranty ends when he gets paid lifetime warranty that is"

"This company was amazing. After often having trouble finding a good contractor that finishes this was them. Dominick came to our home and walked us through the entire process. He came back a few times with design options for us. We found what we wanted. He then assigned Brian to be the frontman to our project. I got calls daily and nightly about the operations and next days plan. Brian also stopped by twice daily. The crews were great and even my neighbors were pleased with how neat, clean and polite they were. No messes ever left behind. At then end, the price was what it was agreed to be, no surprises, the pool as good if not better then we expected and no problems at all."
