"I got this company’s name from another contractor working at our home. I called and he was quick to respond. I told him my situation that another company had replaced our pool cage screen in May 2017 and it was moldy and sagging alteady. I had called the original screen company (Reliable Screens) out here at least 6 times since the original installation and they kept telling me the screen installation was up to code. What code??? Their code??? I was so dissatisfied that i asked another contractor here doing a patio renovation if they knew anyone that might be able to stretch the screen from sagging. Without hesitation, they recommended BP Screens. I talked to the owner and he told me it would need replacing because the other company did not use pool screen to begin with. The other company did not pressure wash the area where the screen is placed in and then the cording goes in and holds it secure. When Bill, the owner, found out i was having a Memoral service for my husband who had just passed away and i hated the way our screen looked, he asked another client if it would be ok to push their job out because of my circumstance. The other people agreed and BP Screen crew were here. Did an awesome job and i would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Everyone was friendly, worked hard and cleaned up their stuff each day before leaving. I did not pay for the job until i met with the owner and was completely satisfied. I would give them higher than excellent, but that is the best i can give them. Thank you, Bill, to you and your crew for making me very happy in such a devastating time in my life! As far as Reliable Screen Company goes, they are definitely not reliable at all!!! I am sitting out by the pool now looking through the screen and can enjoy the beauty around me now!
