We just had West Coast Awnings install our retractable awning and are very impressed with the quality and ease of use. The installers, Robert and Randy were efficient and did a seamless install. It did take a long time for the awning to be manufactured, but I get that given the current limitations. I would have liked an occasional update from the team during the manufacturing process, but they were always receptive to my inquiries. The product seems great and well built. Installation was very easy. The installation team (Robert, Jeff, Faron) was polite, waiting until I was done with my online meeting before starting to drill. They were very efficient and personable, nice guys.
