"Hi, thank you for your review. I can appreciate that you took the time to leave this so that we, a as a company, can learn and grow from experiences. As we discussed on the phone, your move was last Monday and you contacted me on Thursday night about a broken TV. Our standard practices are to plug in all TV's to ensure that they are working before we pack/wrap them properly and transport them. In this case, you had already wrapped the TV yourself, prior to us arriving. We had no way of verifying the make/model of the TV, documenting the condition of the TV or even validating that it was in working order. This scenario is already documented on the limited liability waiver and signed for by the customer. We had no way of knowing what was wrapped or how it was wrapped. We simply transported it. Regarding the table - you told me that there were damages to the table and I was willing to work out some form of repair/refund with you. I even offered to personally come to the job to meet you and assess the situation. I asked for photos and you stated that you "already sold the table" so it wasn't in your possession anymore... I'm not quite sure how I can fix this. I appreciate your words about Devaun's professionalism as well as mine. Best of luck in the future."
