We had a water leak in our garage. This happened about 5:00pm, and we were distraught not knowing what to do. We then called Friend's Plumbing, and they informed us that they could send someone over that night, however it would be around 10:00. They were right, and a young man named William Parker arrived at out door step. He was very professional, pleasant, and considerate of our needs. He was meticulous, skilled, and extremely professional in every area. We would call for him anytime in the future if we have a plumbing need.

I have hired this company a coupla times. Both times they have been responsive, clear and professional. They are a smidge pricey, but you get what you pay for. The plumbers do try to watch the cost and on one occasion was able to knock off some $$, and lets face it he didn't have too. I have been taken advantage of several times and this is one of the few company's I don't have to call back out to fix their work.

Our garbage disposal died over Memorial Day weekend. I did research on what disposal to buy & on plumbers. I decided on Friends Plumbing for several reasons including 1)They sell Insinkerator disposals, 2) Past experience with the company, & 3) Strong reviews over several platforms. I called them on Tuesday and was pleasantly surprised to set up the appointment for Thursday. They ordered the disposal I requested. On Wednesday I called them to ask them to add replacement of the main shutoff valve. Doc came as well within the promised time to complete the work. He was courteous, professional & very efficient. We were very pleased with the results. There was no hard selling and they listened to fulfill our needs.

I called to schedule a plumber for 3 pm, to remove old water heater, and connect new heater that I had purchased. Plumber did not arrive until almost 7 pm. He stated me a total price, which I thought was totally overboard, but since he came so late, and I would need hot water at least in the morning, I agreed to have him do the work. He said he would be installing an expansion tank, and when I told him that I did not want that, as I am planning on changing to a tankless system in the near future. He said that was fine, but that I would need to sign a waiver, which I said I would. He said the tank would have cost me nearly an additional 100.00. Before he came, I had already disconnected the power and drained the tank, so he only had to remove the connections and move tank and install new tank. When job was complete, I saw that he had gone ahead an installed the expansion tank that I expressly told him not to install. He said he felt bad, and just tossed it in. BS !! That was obviously included in the initial quote which was the final amount that I paid. I will never use this company again.

The sewer main backed up and flooded the first floor of my home. Friend's responded immediately, snaked out the line, and stopped the flood. Over the next few days, we noticed recurring issues on the 2nd floor, so we called back. Friend's responded quickly and professionally, and came out for several days, going well above and beyond to find the root of the problem and fix it. Throughout the whole ordeal, the plumbers, technicians, and office staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We worked primarily with Mario and Nicky, who were very thorough in their work and also in their communication with us throughout the ordeal. There were several other plumbers and technicians who also took time out of their schedules to help figure out what the problem was and make sure the work was done in a timely manner. I have used Friend's plumbing for years before this incident, and will continue to use them for as long as I live in their service provider. Here's a bit about what to expect: - When you call in, you will speak to a live person and not a robot. Depending on the time of day, you'll either reach someone in the office or whichever plumber is on call for off-hours emergency. - Your plumber will be on time. If for whatever reason there's a delay in getting out to your property, they will communicate it to you. - Every plumber and technician I have worked with through Friend's has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If you have questions, they will have thorough and easy to understand answers. - Your plumber will explain the services required, why they're needed, and what they cost. They will show you a pricing book that has a detailed breakdown of the costs and descriptions of every service they offer, so you know what you're paying for and why. Their pricing is consistent and fair. - The work will be completed with a high level of workmanship and in a timely manner. If you have any questions or concerns about the work done after the fact, you can call the office and speak to someone. I can't praise this company enough for everything they've done for me over the years. But I will recommend them any chance I get, and I will continue to call them any time I have plumbing needs.

I thought it was a little expensive. I have a yearly contract with them, so that includes a discount on parts. When they come they always check the water heater, they check the sinks for leaks, they’re very thorough. They are very thorough and very professional. I have no complaints. They’re fine.

We have used them for years. They are responsive. They are good people.

Holiday weekend and my normal plumber didn't answer. Called Friends Plumbing and was assured they could come same day to fix. Plumber arrived quickly, gave me rate, and fixed right away - cleared main drain. Super friendly and very professional!

Reached Friends' after-hours and they responded within about 1hr and fixed the issue (which was a clog that had to be cleared from the roof) quickly. They also helped out with a simple repair to the garage utility sink (non-emergency) while we had them out there. Super nice, and professional. Couldn't have gone any better

Very honest. They could have easily tricked me into costly repairs. Work properly done. Recommended by several,people,in the neighborhood.

They'll come immediately if you need them.They fixed the leak in the hour. I've had them replace toilets and sinks and have done all my plumbing in my house. When they installed my toilets, they gave me the best price of anyone that included installation. They're giving you wholesale prices that include installation. Their guys are so nice and try to educate you also on things you can do about your plumbing.

Price very reasonable. We had to call him back for another thing wrong with it.

Excellent! I received a quick response after placing a call to Friend's Plumbing for a possible water leak in my home. Bill and Darius were very professional and found the source of the leak in a matter of minutes. A pin ***** in a copper water line in the wall between the bathroom sink and master bedroom was the source of the leak. Bill and Darius repaired the leak and even cleaned up the debris another plumbing company had left inside the wall from another repair 10 years earlier. I am a very satisfied new customer and would recommend Friend's Plumbing to anyone needing an honest, professional and reasonably priced plumbing service.

They have provided good service overall. There have been a few occasions where it wasn't the best, but they were responsive enough if I wasn't happy and they took care of it.I call them on annual basis to get our plumbing checked out. They are pretty responsive, if you need something, they try to get in right away if it's an emergency, and if it's not, it usually only takes a couple days. I am happy to have somebody who is professional and gets the work done. Some of the employees are not as professional as other employees there.

George Broadley, the technician arrived as scheduled (actually a little early which is even better) and introduced hinslf and handed me his card. He went around the house with me as I showed him what I needed fixed and/or replaced. He gave me a couple options and after I decided what I wanted he worked up a quote for me.  He spent the next couple hours going from task to task until all was working again. He gave me my bill and explained that all work was under warranty for 90 Days.
I found him to be very professional and courteous and would no hesitate to call this company again if I needed service.
