"I contacted Total Home Repair, asking for a quote to repair some wood rot on the exterior of my home. They were prompt and professional, providing me with a written estimate after we met. I accepted the estimate and the work began on the agreed upon day. When they showed up, they were ready to go! Wood had been pre-primed and they had all of the materials and equipment needed to do the job. No excuses of having to run back to the store or other unnecessary delays.
