The website had a 10% discount for us members, I asked him about it, he had forgotten that I was a member. He resent the final proposal with no hesitation, and the 10% was taken off. He got to work shortly there after. Day 1 was removal of the old tub & tile. Bryan was VERY clean, throughout the whole job. The new tile, tub & fixture install looks great. It took six days. Bryan was not the lowest price, but I felt very comfortable with him."
