Ira helped me through the HOA approval process, providing detailed description, material lists and applicable drawings. We communicated primarily through text and Ira was very responsive and let me know what to expect next and when. My project was a relatively small one for Apex but Ira was able to get crews to my home between larger projects and was flexible with our schedule.
