"We have lived in our (1990â s) house for 3+ years and have had a problem with small insects in the kitchen. In that time, $$$ was spent on tons of bug spray, plug in traps with sticky pads and fancy LEDâ s -nothing worked. Frustrated and tired of worthless home remedies, I called the Pros at Home Seal to do what they do best. Should have called them 3 years ago. In a few hours our problem was solved/Sealed! Shawn and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I received texts with photos explaining exactly what needed to be done and was updated in real time as the job was being completed. "My husband and I are very satisfied with the entire experience. They did exactly as promised. Very professional. Mike was the 1st to come by to measure for the estimate. Anthony came next to confirm what we wanted and explained the process. The project began as promised, Great communication skills. When sod was being delivered as well as the dirt, everything was done exactly as promised. The installion of the 5 pallets of sod to our back yard, was layed just like I wanted. Jacob, the guy over- seeing the instaltion was very polite and respectful of my front lawn as well as my shrubs. The lady in the office took the time to email me regarding how to take care of the sod while it was rooting. We are so very pleased with our choice to use North Florida Lawn and Pest that we reccomend them to others. We bought our home in Palencia in April and have had to hire several different companies to fix various things in the home. We have dealt with unreliable people, with zero customer service skills...so it was great finally getting something done right! Thank you North Florida Lawn and Pest. Our backyard looks amazing!"
