Today David from Royal Pest Services came to investigate what we thought were ground wasps after both my husband and I were stung on two different occasions. He thoroughly inspected our yard but could not find any ground wasps. He did find some wasp nests in our shrubs as well as two nests on the eaves that he eliminated. We were very impressed with his knowledge and he took the time to explain the difference between the two types of nests. And amazingly he did not charge us anything even after we offered to pay him. In the future if we need pest control services, we will definitely hire Royal Pest Services.

I have been with Royal Pest Control for a long time and am very happy with their expertise! They take care with what your lawn needs and on your invoice it lets you know exactly what they did! So glad I have found a good pest control and not having to look around for another one.

We are only getting started, but I was impressed with the thorough examination Kurt did of my yard and his suggestions to improve the state of my property. We'll have to see how everything goes when Royal is on the job.

I have used them for the past 10 years and continue to be happy with their service. Each technician specializes in a specific area, and is very knowledgeable. What I like most is that each technician is also very professional, courteous, and friendly. The office staff is also very professional and helpful. I have experienced this consistently throughout the ten years. For example, David who manages yard pests, on the phone recommended a specific treatment for moles and where to buy it, then stopped by to show me how to find the tunnels and apply the worms. He also left yard flags for future use. Occasionally they have helped by doing additional work without charge when answering my questions. I feel that I can trust this company - a rarity indeed.

I have used them since they started their business and they are reliable and honest. Their crew are always polite and will look into any concerns I have. I always recommend them. They also are good about keeping me up-to-date on new services.

Highly recommend this company. Very stable company and they get it when it comes to service. The price listed is for lawn and shrub/tree service paid annually in advance.

For the last 4 years, we have marveled at the many different weeds that can be found in a Jacksonville lawn.  Our desire to hire a company to treat the lawn was to have a green and lush lawn.

The first company hired was at best a disaster.  There did not seem to be any improvement in our lawn. 

The second company that we contracted with told us that we would have a beautiful lawn within a few months.  It seems that they were great at identifying the different weeds we had, but if we called them after they sprayed the weeds, which were alive and doing well, we were told that they did not provide coverage for said weeds. If I questioned why we had flies on the lawn and grandchildren could not go outside to play, I was told that it was caused by the weather. If the lawn was turning yellow I would be told that it would take time for the product to work. I even called the Territory Manager but after so many excuses decided to change company.

We hired Royal because when I walk our neighborhood, Johns Creek,  I noticed that the plush green lawns are serviced by Royal; the others by various companies and most need better service. Lorenzo, who services our lawn, calls me the day before he comes and there not enough words to acknowledge his strong sense of commitment,  lawn management skills, and pleasant demeanor. I thank him and Tellis for taking pride in providing excellent lawn results. 

Needless to say, after just a couple of months, our lawn finally looks great!

Called 8 weeks ago and reported had web sod worms.  Made it clear I would be out of town for 2 weeks; was guaranteed service technician would be out and treat yard.  Yard looked very good at that time; tech would have needed to walk yard to see problem.  Came home 2 weeks later and 1/2 the yard was chewed up.  Called office and was told they had ticket but it showed no action was taken.  Tech was out that day and acted like it was no big deal; could not explain why yard was not treated if/when initial visit was made to check for web sod worms.  Most of yard is slowly coming back but will definitely not be renewing yard service with them.  Still wonder what would have happened to yard if I would have been gone for a month or longer.  Appears there is a lack of communication in office...

They come out and do indoor/outdoor pest control and they treat the lawn.

I just came from my back yard and was just amazed at fantastic the yard looked and decided I should write a review. I thought that several times last year also and just never got around to it. There was quite a few weeds this year as expected and they came out and sprayed for the weeds and applied more fertilization. After the weed control took effect, no more weeds and the grass has never looked so green and beautiful. I took a picture that I thought I could post on here, but I don't see where to do that now.
They are also very prompt and very professional at taking care of anything like weeds that might need to be addressed.

I've had Royal Pest Services Inc for  years. I have an ongoing contract with them. They come out to do treatment twice a year. They do the inside of my house twice a year and they spray the outside periodically as well. I love this company. This company did the pest control for the previous owners of my house.

They showed up on time, did the work that was promised and cleaned up  the areas where they worked.  I have a one year warranty and a yearly inspection after that for a flat fee of about $250.00.  Their estimate of $840.00 was higher than another one I got but Kirk did promised to do more work so I went with him.

I have dealt with them in the past when I first bought the house.  They do inspection and the person who lived here had a contract.  I lived here about 3 or 4 months and the contract was still valid.  I didn’t have any problem with them.  We haven’t picked up a new company.  I didn’t pay anything.  I would recommend them.  I didn’t have interaction with them; my wife did more than I did.  They didn’t do anything wrong.  They did the evaluation and treated the lawn as a part of the service.  They were very responsive.  We schedule the appointment, they call us and they came as scheduled and they were on time.  Their punctuality was very good.  They were very professional, very courteous and very nice.  We are checking around a couple of different companies right now and they are on consideration right now.

I gave them every benefit of the doubt for four years and then I ended up redoing the whole lawn for the tune of $4000. No way could I recommend them. They couldn’t control the weeds and I am meticulous about my lawn. They could not do it so I fired them. Now I am doing it ourselves and the lawn is doing great.

They call before they come out, which I like. The price is really good. They do what they say they are going to do and they do it when they say they will do it. They are easy to get hold of and they email me. He knows his products and he always talks to me.

I get regular treatment from them, once every two months. They put fertilizer and treat our lawn. They have been decent. I tried other services in town and they seem to have a good program. They keep the lawn very good. They are probably the best that I have come across.

My lawn looked worse and had more weeds while they were "supposedly" spraying my yard than before. I don't think they even performed a service to be honest. They were constantly up selling me on services I didn?t need and my lawn looked horrible. They never showed up when I was home and left a bill on my door. When I asked them to have a manager come out and look at my yard, because I was not pleased he came out when I wasn?t home again. It?s a terrible service and not at all worth the money. I now do my own lawn maintenance and thank god I've gotten most of my yard back to life. Stay away from these shysters.

I met them at the home and patio show and took a risk, and it was excellent. I have no complaints with them. They did a great job compared to the people that we had before. I would recommend them to others.

First treatment was done in a few days after my first call. Second treatment, supposed to be done a week later, was not done for over three weeks, after I phoned and reminded them.

Royal Pest Services Inc was very thorough in their job. They came back to check the wasp problems and made sure that they had destroyed all the nests. Everything was done great.
