"After I had posted on Angi my bad experience with Window Rite, Markus called to make an appmt for a tech to come by and install my original lower window panel, which he said had been found in their warehouse and which he said had been totally "re-glassed/insulated". Tech came 2 days later, August 25, 2023. He had trouble removing the bad (incorrect model) panel that had been installed March 22, 2023 and, therefore, Markus rushed over to my house and both of them removed the bad replacement, which also had started to fog up. They did a perfect install of my original (now repaired) panel - it looks good and works well. So all is well that ends well. Just wish it had been more amicable and business like from the start, without me having to write a bad review to change their attitude."

"Amanda Chiarenza was an exceptional sales rep! Extremely friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She was the best part of my entire dealing with Reece! She made sure I got what I wanted and wasn’t regretting the purchase, stayed in contact throughout the entire process, and even came back out when i decided to add a new front door to my order! The actual contractors that came out on the day of install were super friendly and didn’t mind my dogs, or cat, following them and supervising! I had worked the night before and they just let me doze on the couch while they worked, not disturbing me for anything unnecessary. The install was completed right before hurricane Irma, THANK GOODNESS! The only reason they didn’t get the 5th star was because they had no one available to show us how to property put on the hurricane shutters so we had to figure it out ourselves. Amanda Chiarenza even helped us through that ordeal via phone! She would be my go to for any windows or doors in the future!!"

"Every contact was great. Sid was great. He was able to explain the advantages and disadvantages of different types of windows. Greg came out and measured and kept us updated throughout the process. The installation crew were just fantastic. In the middle of a pandemic they were thoughtful and quite respectful. Totally cleaned everything, and made sure that both my husband and I could operate the new windows before leaving. From start to finish customer service was fantastic. We got a few bids on windows and this company gave us not just the best service but also a great price on the replacement of all of our windows in our 40 year old house. I highly recommend them."
