Excellent! He arrived on time; which impressed me. He was meticulous in his measurements and had all necessary tools/equipment. He patched the holes from previous rods and vacuumed after he completed the job (very neat worker). Old drapes and rods were disposed properly (according to COJ regulations). The drapes /creases were steamed for a even balanced appearance. Drapes opened and closed very smoothly along the rod. They made the room look larger and brighter and looked fantastic! I will tell family and friends who require installation of drapes or shades, to call John. I would rate his work + 10!
