"They arrived 2 hours late. They overcharged me. When I complained about the overcharge to the plumber, he tried to physically intimidate me. Their office rep, Maryanne, was rude, unprofessional, petty and continually lied to me. I had to get my bank involved to get a partial refund. They even have a FAKE OFFICE in Tampa so they can pretend to send someone from nearby. If you click the website link for the Tampa office off of a google search, it takes you to the Port Richey website. On google maps, the street ends at 501 and does not go to the 305 listed. These people are CRIMINALS."
