He called me right away and he was very easy to talk to and his background doing flooring plus very difficult crawl space technician work was a testament to his hard work ethic. His tools were top notch and his arrived right on time. He also is easy to text which is the method I prefer. He took off his shoes without me asking and went right to work. The carpet stretching was not an easy job and he did great work removing about 3/4" to an inch and making my carpet look closer to new. The job took about 3 hours and he didn't rush and was very pleasant to talk to. He's a drag racer on the side and I loved his enthusiasm. He is askari a patriot. "The 2-man crew showed up at the appointed time and vacummed the entire carpeted areas to be cleaned. They used a specific machine  designed to scrub, rinse, lift the pile and extract the dirty residue. All and all I thought the job was well done.  My carpets were not excessively dirty but the results were acceptable.  The hight traffic area in front of my husband's recliner did not turn out as well as the rest of the carpet. It took approximately 10 hours to dry enough to re-vacuum and put furniture back. The carpet was cleaned by 11 am on the scheduled day and I revacuumed and put furniture back the following morning.
