"I was very lucky to find Kal. He was very accessible from the beginning - We arranged for him to come the very same day as we spoke. He was right on time, got to work right away, took the new TV out of the box, mounted it on a swivel mount, and was ready to leave in 30 minutes. He did a great job and was personable and affable all while working. He is permanently in my contact list for any A/V issue !"
