James of J.R. Electric provided us with exceptional electrical contract service upgrading our estate property's electrical breaker box. The job was based on a 4pt inspection failure and our phone & email Q&A. James made me aware he'd need to interact with our City Building department to assure the new breaker box would be "up to code". We had GFI breakers in original box and wanted that function restored. And the work involved both our City building department and FPL power company for support, inspections and permits. My brother and I have been working to restore our property working a weekend a month, So, we contracted James by phone and handled Everything based only on telephone calls and email; James handled Everything. Just the ability to get answers to the right questions to complete this job is exceptional But the quality of the work (the breaker box frame and rewiring without destruction of the garage wall panels) was excellent. J.R. Electric's estimate was the median bid.

We recently had to replace a 40-year-old electric panel and a broken ring camera. I diligently secured three bids and decided on J.R. Electric Inc. They were not the cheapest but they were the best choice. They delayed the installation until they could get an early morning appointment with FPL so that our power would be turned back on the same day. They completed the work on time and professionally even going above and beyond to make sure that the new ring device was working properly with an antique Samsung phone. (No small feat.) In short, we have found our forever Electrical Contractor. I wouldnâ t dream of using any other company for future projects.

Through my error I miscounted how many smoke detectors in the house. My error cost me an addtional $95 dollars for five minutes work to come come back to install the one I forgot to count, Steep cost to pay for my error.

He kept me updated as to the status and when i called him he answered his phone or if i left a message he called right back.

Jim communicated with me throughout the process of changing out 3 electrical panels, over a week or so of time. He let me know when to expect city inspectors, when I'd be without power, and when there was a hold-up due to permitting or city inspectors schedule. We communicated in person and through text, phone and email. His electricians that came to do the work were pleasant and helpful.

Same day service and helpful regarding issues unrelated to reason for call! Follow up service call was timely and quick to finish repair. Will not have to call anyone else going forward.
