"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "Lake Property Services came to our home the same day we called and were there on time. We appreciated that very much. They were courteous, kind and helpful. We needed to freshen up and update our entire home. We had all carpet removed and replaced with tile. We also had to remove old shower tiles and replace with new. We had them replace ALL outlets and lighting fixtures. They sanded and painted our kitchen cabinets and put new hardware on. Also painted all the rooms, doors and moldings inside home and painted outside as well. We had to repair and replace drywall in 3 rooms. They power  washed the entire outside of home before painting as well as the driveway, sidewalk and deck in back. We had them trim our trees and bushes and plant flowers and lay mulch. They even cleaned out our gutters!! I would absolutely 100% recommend them for any future projects. We even told our neighbors to use Lake Property Services!!!!
