They saw the problem, knew what to do, went and purchased the parts then continued with their work. Never a grumble. I was taking photos all along to document the progress. They graciously stepped aside to accommodate me. I only wish they did other work because I have found the rare company that cares and wants to deliver to make sure the client is satisfied. I will recommend them to the heavens! In under three days, both of our wretched, outdated shower/baths have been transformed to beautiful and up to date showers. No longer will I be embarrassed, now I show them off! They even did a little extra here and there because they know these things and I never would have thought of it. Who could ask for more?
