They saw the problem, knew what to do, went and purchased the parts then continued with their work. Never a grumble. I was taking photos all along to document the progress. They graciously stepped aside to accommodate me. I only wish they did other work because I have found the rare company that cares and wants to deliver to make sure the client is satisfied. I will recommend them to the heavens! In under three days, both of our wretched, outdated shower/baths have been transformed to beautiful and up to date showers. No longer will I be embarrassed, now I show them off! They even did a little extra here and there because they know these things and I never would have thought of it. Who could ask for more? He was fully prepared to do this job and had many pictures of numerous jobs he had already completed. He does beautiful work. We elected not to go through with the big job and decided upon replacing the flooring in our two bathrooms.
