"Jesus saved me with a difficult water leak I had in my garage. He located the leak which ended up being under my slab. He was persistent in finding the leak and once found he did what was necessary to stop leak. Some drywall had to be removed and had to cut and go under slab to find leak. He made all repairs to drywall and concrete slab like nothing even happen. Since that Iâ  ve used Jesus for other fixes. Jesus is very reliable, does good work and his prices are reasonable. I would recommend him to others."

"Me. De Leon and his crew responded the same afternoon of my call and, in the rain, provided the necessary repair. His responsiveness was outstanding and his explanation of his experience for and nature of the the repair was forthright. We will utilize his company when we change our gutters in conjunction with repainting the exterior of our house in the early fall."

"I recently had Molina Rain Gutters Inc install seamless gutters on my home in Miami Lakes, Florida, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the first quote to the final cleanup, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly (including material options and colors), and worked efficiently, leaving no mess behind. The gutters look fantastic—high-quality seamless aluminum that matches my house perfectly—and they’ve already handled heavy rain with no issues or leaks. Juan was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. The pricing was fair and competitive, and they even offered helpful advice on gutter maintenance to prevent future problems. If you’re in South Florida and need gutter installation, repair, or cleaning, I highly recommend Molina Rain Gutters Inc. 5 stars all the way—trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused. Thank you for a job well do"

Gutter Repair and Replacement questions, answered by experts

Yes. Excessive pitch in gutters can cause water to flow too rapidly, leading to a decrease in the gutter's water-holding capacity; consequently, during heavy rainstorms, water may awkwardly splash outside the gutters. Ideally, you should aim for a quarter-inch of gutter slope for every 10 feet of gutter run. However, it's important to note that this guideline may vary depending on your home's structure and the type of gutters being installed.

If you’re replacing your roof, you don’t need to worry about replacing your gutters as long as they’re functional and in good condition. Some roofers may recommend temporarily removing gutters to prevent them from damage during a roof replacement, but the right professional can reduce this risk. Replacing your gutters would only be necessary if your gutters are in bad shape and already need replacing.

Unless you've chosen to install underground downspouts, your gutter downspouts shouldn't touch the ground. If they come into contact with the soil or pavement next to your home, rainwater can back up into them during a storm, preventing them from doing their job effectively. Instead, aim to have your downspouts end about 12 inches from the ground.

Leaks, corrosion, sagging sections, and loose fasteners are common problems that need fixing.

The duration of a repair job can range from a few hours to several days. Simpler issues may take 1-4 hours, while more complex work or extensive damage could take 1-3 days. The final timeline depends on the complexity of the problem, the extent of the damage, and the location of the work.
