"Not well, two different shower pans liner (no liner or idk said to be clear) brought questions of the installation as a whole. (Photos attached) I had requested the assurance of waterproofing, as I live above/beside others. A water hammer deceloped when they performed shower/control valve replacement & also parts were left off. Box discarded. Box also needed for parts registration. They continued to close in other bathroom shower walls before plumbing resolved. Waterhammer happens every time I Flush toilet(s), turn on faucet, wash clothes. All plumbing fixtures are affected. Terrible to hear. They said they would need to cut into newly installed tile, after cutting into A/C closet sheetrock wall. Sheetrock wall still open. I stopped the process (thus why cost reflecting is for first portion) when I saw two different shower bases & the gaps in durarock. I didn't wish more materials to be wasted, as there is a difference in the two bases & the walls are now more restricted for plumbing access. It is difficult to determine full cost when repairs are up in the air to be dine &/or redone."

Due to their rush to get paid, Ask an Adjuster failed to communicate with the roofing company and request the final cost for additional lumber & materials. They submitted the claim prematurely, the insurance claim was closed and our roofer was unaware. As a result of Ask An Adjuster’s haste and not performing the services they advertise, a substantial amount was not paid by our insurance company as it should have been.
