"Bought this in the spring to use before burning in the fall/winter.  Ended up moving in December and did not use it.
I'm wasn't sure how to score a company I didn't use (and not reviewing isn't really an option), so I just picked a score consistent with the average rating.

"Made the call to Pioneer Plumbing in the morning and spoke to Jackie to setup an appointment. I wanted to know if the $55 coupon was good for my outlet drain and she informed me that it was. She originally gave me a window of 2-5pm when a technician would be available and she called me about 2 hours later and gave me a more exact time which was 2pm. Jackie even called me when the tech was 10 minutes away which I really appreciated.
Luis arrived on time and I informed him that I had a root problem in my sewer line. He got straight to work and was able to clear my drain in about 20 minutes or so. He let me know that I should get the pipe fixed one day because the pipe would eventually fail. I was already aware of this but I liked his honesty and I let him know that I didn't have the money right now to take on that project. He didn't try to pressure me or up sell me on other things which I find rare these days. I was even expecting him to charge me more than the $55 coupon which sometimes happens with other vendors but not these guys. Price of the job was $55 total as advertised. I did ask him about other plumbing issues I had like my banging pipes when my sprinklers go off and he ball parked a price which was about the market rate. Luis actually found a leak in my main sprinkler line when he gave it a quick look. I would most likely choose Pioneer Plumbing to do the work.
I liked working with Luis and Jackie and when the time comes I'll probably use them for any plumbing jobs I might need.

Gas Logs questions, answered by experts

DIY is not recommended due to safety concerns. Professional installation ensures proper connections and compliance with codes.

No. Placing a built-in grill against the house is discouraged due to safety concerns. Building codes and regulations often require a minimum distance (typically 10 feet or more) between a gas grill and any combustible structure, including a house. Placing a grill too close poses a fire hazard and risks damage to the siding or structure, potentially leading to carbon monoxide buildup. It's essential to consult local building codes, follow manufacturer guidelines, and prioritize safety by positioning the grill at a safe distance, ideally in a well-ventilated outdoor kitchen or designated grill area.

You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.

The difference between a built-in and regular grill is installation and design. A built-in grill is integrated into an outdoor kitchen or structure, often within a countertop or island. It is a permanent fixture. A regular grill is standalone, portable, or cart-mounted, allowing mobility and versatility in placement. Built-in grills are typically larger with more cooking space, while regular grills come in various sizes. Built-in grills are favored for creating a custom outdoor cooking area, while regular grills provide convenience and flexibility.

Depending on the appliance and labor requirements, costs range from $150 to $500.
