Great response to quote request. Estimate was done quickly and the work was completed the next day. The work crew came on time and took care of removing two trees, one dead that was close to our power service and one live tree that was over growing the roof along with leaning dangerously towards the house. Several other trees were trimmed up clearing branches from the roof. We are very satisfied.

If you want to hire a contractor where the crew shows up having no idea what to do, does not finish the job, leaves your property requiring you to spend 3 hours cleaning up, refuses to return your call, has crew members who threaten you, has an owner who promises you to honor the contract and never shows up to do so, and calls before the job is complete and begs for payment in order to make payroll for the week - this is the contractor for you - good luck. It will be the worse decision you ever make.

They did a great job once they got here. It took a month before they came after the free estimate. For some reason their records showed the job was finished. After they realized the error they were there the next day.

The crew did an awesome job, Kudos to the crew.

They are ok. They are good. They come on time. There were always here. We had one, and then we had about six workers. The workers were good, they did good work. They cleaned up.

Sloppy. They were supposed to remove trees to ground level, but they refused and left big stumps.

Cleared 3 large trees and several bushes and trees. Grinded stumps.

I was very happy with their work. I would use them again if needed.

Excellent! They were very prompt and affordable. They raked and swept up left over debris, nice clean up job. These guys know what there doing. I highly recommend this company. YES! I will hire them again.

On 9/14/16 I hired USA TREE SERVICE crew to trim our oak and palm trees. Their crew broke off the tops of two banana trees, (one was eight feet tall and the other one was twelve feet tall) and also damaged other adjacent banana trees. They also smashed the surrounding elephant ear plants. Emails were sent back and forth and I provided USA TREE SERVICE with photographs of the damaged trees. 

Equivalent  replacement banana tree plants at a large local nursery would cost $150 per tree. On 9/18/16 I mailed a certified letter to the owner of USA TREE SERVICE requesting a reimbursement of $300, (of the $1740 I paid), to replace the two broken banana trees. As of 10/5/16 I have not received a response from anyone at USA TREE SERVICE. Consequently, the poor ratings I gave to USA TREE SERVICE. 

Tom and his crew showed up the day after we had scheduled due to Tropical Storm Colin. This was not surprising as I was told in advance it would be dependent upon the weather. Tom asked me how I wanted my Queen palms trimmed and we decided to trim them just shy of hurricane trimming. He and his crew went right to work and removed the loose palm boots, trimmed up the palm fronds and cut down the dead palm tree I wanted removed. Everything was done to perfection!! Tom and his crew were very courteous and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did!!

Basically, the tree removal went pretty smoothly, but the issue was removing the limbs. Most places put these big limbs on a dolly and roll them to the front and chip them/cut them up. They were supposed to put down plywood so that my yard wouldn't be damaged. Instead, they just ran their dolly's through my yard leaving huge ruts and damaging the front yard. I called the company and the lady said that they would have someone come out and take care of it. They never showed up and I ended up having to hire someone to repair the lawn. They offered me a check for my expenses and I ultimately returned the check to the company.

Chris came out for the estimate. ?The original estimate was for $2,175. ?I thought that was really high. ?Eric called and I ended up getting the service for $1,850. ?They said they would call to confirm appointment and get the permit. ?They just showed up on Wednesday, September 26, without calling. ?I happened to be sick that day and didn't want them to do the work that day. ?They removed a very large tree from the side of the yard. ?They were supposed to grind the stump and clean up. ?They never did any of that. ?I was wanting to plant something there, but now I'm not able to do that. ?I'm required by the county to clean this up. ?If I don't clean this up, I will get fined by the county. ?My HOA sent me a letter about the debris in my yard as well. ?They said they would come out the following Wednesday, but they never showed up. ?They said they would come out Friday, no one showed up. ?The same thing happened on Saturday, as well. ?I never called the company back. ?I'm not going to waste my time since they never show up for appointments. ?The woman that works in the office came to my house to collect the check because she thought I bounced it (which I didn't). ?I ran to the bank that day and got a cashiers check. ?There was gentleman inside of the truck when she came to my house. ?The gentleman said they would come out two months from now. ?They were supposed to come back 3 days after the job. ?I have a certain amount of time that this needs to be done by. ?I would also appreciate it if she would just tell me that they're not going to show up. ?I'm tired of having appointments and them not showing up. ?I'm happy with the work that was done by the guys who came out. ?I'm just very unhappy with the woman in the office. UPDATED (10/15/2015) The company did what they could to make it right by me. The office manager and the workers were great and the final result is good, however I still feel customer service and follow up should be more important to the owner.

Once Mark took control, he made all the difference in the world.  He arrived at the appointed time to meet me and give us an estimate.  Once we agreed on a price, he and his crew did the work per our conversation.  The tree was trimmed, the yard was clean and everything was done on time.  Thank you Mark and crew for a job well done.

They gave me a complete and accurate estimate. They called ahead to tell me exactly when they would show and did so on time. They did an excellent job trimming several huge trees. They did a through clean up and even worked in the pouring rain to finish the job. I'm very satisfied .... Great job Tom and crew! I would highly recommend them.
