"The initial Sales Consultant seemed very knowledgeable on how to resolve my airflow challenge. Yet when the techs arrived it was as if they'd never heard from the initial Consultant. If I'd not been on sight to watch what the workers were doing to resolve the airflow, they wouldn't have resolved the issue correctly. I am concerned with internal communications. Finally the work was done well, correctly and at a reasonable price. I'll consider them for my annual AC review/up-dates."

The technician explained all components of the chimney including the flue and other parts and went straight to work. He was thorough and once work was done he reviewed what he did and let us know of some upcoming maintenance that we will need done. "They came to do an ac checkup. never went on the roof, sold me a heat transfer cleaning for 400, and a new ultra-light bulb for 250. Overall, may have done a decent job, but I have no way of knowing it and expected him to go on roof to check the unit."
