"The initial Sales Consultant seemed very knowledgeable on how to resolve my airflow challenge. Yet when the techs arrived it was as if they'd never heard from the initial Consultant. If I'd not been on sight to watch what the workers were doing to resolve the airflow, they wouldn't have resolved the issue correctly. I am concerned with internal communications. Finally the work was done well, correctly and at a reasonable price. I'll consider them for my annual AC review/up-dates."

I called them outside their business hours (or maybe during lunchtime I don't remember) and didn't leave any messages and they still called me back after finding my missed call. Originally they said that I was out of their service area (I live in South Tampa) but because I live in a condo and had other units who needed service, they made an exception and came out to my area with a small extra charge for time and gas. They were punctual and very professional, no mess, no dirt anywhere.
