They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was  finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them.

"Amazing from start to finish! We had a large hole in the exterior wall from an old AC unit. Estimates and scheduling were super easy. The two man crew that did the work were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated through the process. The brick lines they did were top notch. "Chris, from Progressive, came out last week to review the issues I was having with low water pressure in all zones (I have 5 in total).  Chris determined that it was probably due to clogged well.     Chris was the first irrigation pro to suggest that the cause was due to a dirty well and not due to some other reason, that in the past other irrigation pros had suggested and failed to fix my low pressure problem.      Chris sent me a quote, and the work was scheduled to be done on Monday, May 9.    Chris' brother, Tom, came out on 5/9 and began the process to clean the well, which was quite dirty.    The chemicals used to clean the well need to sit for a couple of hours so Tom left and came back at around 6pm, with his worker, Scott and stayed until 8pm.    The well was running clean but when he started up the system, he found that the control valve head filters (5) were very dirty and suggested that new control valve filters be installed because there was no way to clean the existing filter.    A new filter was $15 each, however,  I went for a complete new control valve (5 total)  because it was a little more but made more sense in the long run.    Since Tom did not have the parts he needed on his truck, he had to come back today (5/10) to complete the job.    Tom re-set my irrigation system and all zones are working better than I have ever seen them function since I've owned my home.    Tom and Scott were extremely polite, took time to explain everything they were doing, and worked clean!     If you want the best in irrigation and well repair, look no further and call Progressive Pump and Irrigation.   I'm extremely happy that I found such a knowledgeable irrigation pro and recommend them highly!!!

"How rare to find a company that gives detailed estimates, shows up when scheduled and has you check their work before leaving. Brian is extremely knowledgeable in his craft and maintains a hands on approach working beside his crew. There is a distinctive difference between a sprinkler repair service and an irrigation design company. While I'm sure they do great repairs, Brian walks the property for hours designing coverage for every square inch of your landscape. Zones that required over an hour of watering and still had dead spots, now are fully irrigated in 30 minutes. Can't wait to see the decrease in my water bill. Calls were returned promptly. All work was thoroughly discussed before being done. The entire job from estimate to completion went as smoothly as promised."
