They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was  finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them.

"CFS sent out a crew, a day earlier than expected...a giant plus. The 2 man crew (it was a small project), arrived and explained what they would be doing and then went straight to work. After completion of the work, the crew cleaned up the worksite area and then explained again what they had done, how long to let it cure before painting and even suggested a quality paint. Cleaning up afterwards is a giant plus. The 2 man crew were friendly, polite and professional and down to earth with their explanations. The final plus with Central Florida Stucco was that they gave me a military discount."

Brian is extremely knowledgeable in his craft and maintains a hands on approach working beside his crew. There is a distinctive difference between a sprinkler repair service and an irrigation design company. While I'm sure they do great repairs, Brian walks the property for hours designing coverage for every square inch of your landscape. Zones that required over an hour of watering and still had dead spots, now are fully irrigated in 30 minutes. Can't wait to see the decrease in my water bill. Calls were returned promptly. All work was thoroughly discussed before being done. The entire job from estimate to completion went as smoothly as promised."
