We had an emergency so we went on Angi and submitted a form, someone from the company called me within five minutes and came out for a free inspection the very next morning. Before even pulling into the driveway, he knew exactly what the issue was just by looking at the yard which gave us the confidence that we had the right people. He was very straight with us, explained everything without any “sales” or jargon that we wouldn’t understand, very transparent and informative. Turns out we needed the septic pumped and entire drain field cleaned out. They helped out the first morning to hold us over until they could come out two days later which really helped us out. When they came for the job, they were friendly and QUICK! Overall great communication through the entire process, fairly priced, and went above and beyond to solve our emergency. "I noticed that the plumbing in one of my bathrooms was backing up and called Glenn Tatum. They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was  finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them.

Based on the numerous positive reviews posted, I called Green's Environmental Services where I received the lowest quote yet. Due to the size and expense of the project I was skeptical but followed up after some brief research. Dominique was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient, clearly answering my concerns. Once the permit was approved, I was contacted for the most convenient time to proceed. They were there on time and had the work done in a few hours. "CFS sent out a crew, a day earlier than expected...a giant plus. The 2 man crew (it was a small project), arrived and explained what they would be doing and then went straight to work. After completion of the work, the crew cleaned up the worksite area and then explained again what they had done, how long to let it cure before painting and even suggested a quality paint. Cleaning up afterwards is a giant plus. The 2 man crew were friendly, polite and professional and down to earth with their explanations. The final plus with Central Florida Stucco was that they gave me a military discount."
