I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. "PS: they have good prices on high quality materials, not like the wood sold in Home Depot, they have good stuff.
They were doing the demo while the wood was being acclimated. We decided not to stay in the property during those days because demo can be a little bit messy. So, we stayed in a hotel. We passed by the worksite from time to time to take a look at things and we also were in constant communication with Hector. Everything went great! They cleaned everything after the demo and were ready to start the installation. OMG when we got back after the weekend, they had already done the entire first floor and it was awesome. The floor was just sunning. The project took about 15 days to be completed, so they work pretty fast. We are very pleased with the amazing work and the floors. We couldn?t be happier. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
