He did good work and I am happy with what he did but follow up, I couldn't get a hold of him. He was very congenial. He did a nice job and was fast and efficient. He gave me an excellent price. I after he left I could not get a hold of him.

We have had problems with the new unit since the day it was installed. I have tried to call them many times through out the year to have them look at the unit and service it. It would not blow out cold or hot air except for one room. He has never returned my call. Now my 1 yr contract is up, I have to hire a different provider and pay them a fee.
