Quality of work done was excellent. Main door was widened and replaced. Storm door was NOT installed . New storm door was promised in 2 to 3 weeks. It has been approximately 2 months and still no storm door. Main door now has piece falling off.
Response to telephone calls has been slow to non existent.
They need to find new vendors who can provide parts when promised.
This was the third job I had them do. The first was excellent. The second was plagued by lack of parts, and desired colors not being available,
I do not know where the door was supposed to be coming from but the promised date has been shifted at least twice. They cannot seem to keep customers informed as to what causes delays/.
When they do get around to doing the work is is very well done. My chief complaint is about their unknown vendors.

show up. give estament, talked to husband, explained wwat it would consist of. paid a deposit, when job finished had inspector ok then paid rest of bill
