He arrived at my home before the appointment time an immediately started the repair of broken window. The pane broken was rather large (42x29) and Ty worked hard getting everything cleaned up to replace with a replacement. His work is excellent and the attention paid by him is a sign of an individual who is dedicated to making sure his client receives his best efforts. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
