"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Christopher Mitchell was the only person who responded, came out to give a free quote, acquired the materials and performed the repair work. "We met Mr. Haber at a local home show.  We had been searching in vain for someone to repair or install a new door. (He said he would only repair a door that he had installed himself.) He returned our call promptly, and said he could send a quote without measuring since the size is pretty standard.  He also told us about a used door that we might want., that had been in a display.  He sent us a picture of the door and we decided to take it.  It is a gorgeous Pella door with a screen, and it was half priced.
The job was scheduled, and two professional young men arrived fairly early on the date set. Our old door was very well attached, and it took a lot of patience and hard work to remove it.  They worked steadily, on a pretty hot day with no shade nearby, and were very polite and friendly.  When they finished the job, they cleaned the area well, leaving everything neat. 
I would use this remodeling service again, in fact I plan to in the near future.
