Hearth and Patio came in at $600 less than the other contractor and, because they volunteered to work on the weekend, got the job done 3 weeks earlier ! It draws really well; our first fire burned for 2 hours+ without adding any more wood. Only one glitch: they didn't have the doors in stock and we're still waiting.
