They explained the whole process of the work they were going to do and had no issues with us watching and asking questions. They did explain with the way the driveway had settled that the worse crack wouldn't completely close. Since the work was completed there hasn't been any sand on the bottom of our driveway. The national company with a salesman who hung around for a couple hours finding a bunch of things that needed done and cost a ridiculous amount. Sturdy Soil doesnt have corporate offices, corporate salesman and got on the job within a couple days and finished quickly. I was amazed by the difference and saved thousands of dollars.
