Pachmend Construction Srvs.

Jesus and his team from Pachmend are true professionals in the block and cement trade... we added a room to our house which required them to raise the floor by 4", open a 8'x4' hole in our block wall to create a new window, and raise / open the door by 6" ... Permit required new lintel on three sides. They had to add rebar and cement all around to reinforce and add window sill. All was done to the rough out specs AND, cleaned up our area when done. Very please with the services and price!

Promised a good job. Job Never came into being all cement color and was blotchy. Fall of 2022 1 patch came off and was gone, another is separating Called and Jesus said it was only guaranteed to 1 year. Never had any paper work that said that. I called him this spring and he said he would come and look at it. I never saw him or heard any more from him.

Jesus contacted us immediately & was out within 24 hrs to bid the project. We have a very large driveway & we felt his bid was very reasonable. His crew worked tirelessly for nearly a week week. Any issues were addressed immediately. We are extremely pleased with Pachmend Construction & would highly recommend them for your driveway project.

This is the second concrete job that we had Pachmend Concrete do. They are absolutely the BEST. I called and Jesus’ came over and gave me a very fair estimate. He called the day before to let me that his crew would arrive the next day. They are the very professional people and proud of the work they do. They are indeed artists of their craft. Perfect! Jesus just completed a beautiful new driveway for me. He was reliable, honest and truly cared about doing a perfect job. He had the best price by far, and that being said he did the best job. I am so grateful that he was recommended to me and I’m so glad I hired him. In fact I liked his work so much he is going to come back and do a porch install for me. I cannot say enough good things.

All work was performed on time. All workers were very diligent and polite. Workers stayed late to complete the job after first concrete truck broke down. You can tell the workers took pride in the work they do. The cleanup after they were done was excellent. They cleaned all the adjacent work areas . I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They accommodated my tight schedule, and got the job done on time.

Totally first class, the effort to make my driveway look great was above and beyond!! The repairs make the rest of the driveway look sad by comparison.

They did a a very detailed and thorough job, and they prepared the surfaces for the application of new materials, and the repairs included the removal of hideous deck cracking. and then masterfully applied the new materials and even to this day with tremendous satisfaction and highly recommend Pachmend Construction for all concrete related works.
